Abstract

Darba „Daniela Deneta intencionālās stratēģijas un to iespējamā kritika” mērķis ir parādīt amerikāņu filosofa Daniela Deneta intencionālo stratēģiju idejas dažādus pielietojuma veidus, pieņēmumus, uz ko tās balstās un arī to vājos punktus. Lai darbu uzrakstītu, pamatā tika izskatītas četras ietekmīgākās D. Deneta grāmatas, kur tiek apskatīta apziņa un intencionalitāte: Content and Consciousness, The Intentional Stance, Consciousness Explained un Kinds of Minds. Darba pirmajā trešdaļā tiks mēģināts ieskicēt filosofisko fonu, kurā atrodas D. Deneta intencionālās stratēģijas. Otrā trešdaļa tiks veltīta intencionālo stratēģiju izklāstam. Darba beigās būs atrodami autora komentāri un iespējamās kritikas izklāsts. Kopumā teksts parāda to, kā ir iespējams analizēt izprast dažādus apziņu veidus un ar kādām grūtībām būtu jārēķinās pieņemot D. Deneta intencionālo nostāju. Atslēgas vārdi: apziņa, intencionalitāte.

The purpouse of the work „Daniel Denet’s Intentional Strategies and its Available Criticism” is to display the idea of intentional strategies, the assumptions on which they are based upon and their potential weak spots. The backbone of this text was made by analysing four of Denet’s main books on consciousness: Content and Consciousness, The Intentional Stance, Consciousness Explained and Kinds of Minds. In the first third of the text an attempt will be made to sketch the philosophical background in which the D. Denet’s intentional strategies appear to be. Second third will be devoted to representation of the strategies themselves. In the end one will be able to find authors comments and availables critics on Denet’s ideas. In general the text shows how to analyse and understand various kinds of consciousness and what difficulties will one face if he decides to accept Daniel Denet’s intentional stance.
