Agrārā reforma un kolektivizācija Bauskas apriņķī 1944. - 1949. gads

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Agrārā reforma un kolektivizācija Bauskas apriņķī 1944. – 1949. gads” sniedz ieskatu padomju varas lauksaimniecības politikas izpausmēs Bauskas apriņķī: kolhozu izveides vēsturiskajos priekšnoteikumos un kolektivizācijas metodēs. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek aplūkota padomju realizētā lauksaimniecības politika Latvijā kopumā. Skatīts, kā padomju vara sasniedza lauksaimniecībā izvirzīto galamērķi – vienlaidus kolektivizāciju. Tas tika īstenots pielietojot pret individuālajiem zemniekiem politiska un ekonomiska veida represijas. Savukārt turpmākajās nodaļās autore apraksta agrāro reformu un nodokļu politiku Bauskas apriņķī. Tiek apskatīti arī Bauskas lauksaimniecības kooperatīvi un MTS kuriem bija nozīme kolektivizācijas procesā, jo ar tiem zemniekiem centās pierādīt, ka kolektīva saimniekošana ir progresīvāka. Skatīts, kā norisa kolektivizācijas gaita apriņķī. Tiek aplūkoti iemesli, kāpēc daļa kolhozu tika nodibināti jau pirms 1949. gada 25. marta deportācijām un cik strauji kolektivizācija norisa apriņķī tūlīt pēc iedzīvotāju izsūtīšanas. Rakstīts arī par galvenajām problēmām, ar kurām nācās sastapties izveidotajiem kolhoziem - kolhozu nespēja izpildīt noteiktos valsts plānus, kolhoznieku neieinteresētība strādāt kolhozos, kā arī skatīts kā notika cīņa pret kulakiem Bauskas apriņķī. Kā priekšlikumu autore izvirza turpināt pētīt ar lauksaimniecības sociālistisko pārveidošanu saistītos vēstures avotus par atsevišķiem Latvijas rajoniem, novadiem, vākt arī vietējo laika biedru atmiņas, jo līdz šim šādu pētījumu nav daudz.

The Bachelor’s Thesis “Agrarian Reform and Collectivization in Bauska District in the Years 1944 – 1949” provides insight into the manifestation of the Soviet agricultural policy in Bauska district: historical preconditions for the development of collective farms and methods of collectivization. The first chapter deals with the implemented Soviet agricultural policy in Latvia in general. The author examined how the Soviets attained the final aim set in agriculture, i.e., the overall collectivization. It was implemented through application political and economic repressions against individual farmers. In the next chapters the author describes the agrarian reforms and taxation policy in Bauska district. Examined Bauska agricultural cooperatives and MTS, which played a significant role in the collectivization process, because through them the farmers were argued that the collective management was more advanced. Examed the pace of collectivization progress in the district, reasons why a part of collective farms was already established before the deportations of March 25, 1949 and tempos of collectivization in the district immediately after deportation of the residents. Describes the key problems encountered by the established collective farms – the collective farms could not fulfil the set state plans, disinterestedness of collective farmers to work in collective farms. Also provides insight into the fight against kulaks in Bauska district As a proposal the author brings forward to continue the study of historical sources related to the socialistic transformation as regards individual Latvian regions, districts, to collect memories of local contemporaries with the events, as so far such studies are quite scanty.
