Mūsdienu ķermeņa inscenējums.

Abstract

Šajā pētījumā ir analizēts mūsdienu ķermeņu inscenējums seksualitātes, higiēnas un medicīnas diskursa savijumā, tā izmaiņas divdzimumu ķermeņa modeļa rašanās rezultātā, iezīmējot kultūrvēsturisko kontekstu, kas norāda uz ķermeņa izpratnes izmaiņas nepieciešamību. Izmantojot iepriekš norādīto diskursu savijumu kā pamatojumu turpmākajam izklāstam, tiek analizēta mūsdienu publiskās telpas izmaiņa, norādot modifikācijas, kas kopš 18.gs. beigām notikušas mainoties ķermeņa dispozīcijai publiskajā un privātajā sfērā, tuvināti aplūkojot ķermeņa izspēli dažādās indivīda dzīvespasaules jomās, tādējādi norādot uz ķermeņa vēsturi kā aktuālu pētniecības jomu, kuras kontekstā atklājas dažādu sociālu procesu veidošanās pamatojums. Par darba teorētisko pamatojumu galvenokārt izmantoti Ričarda Seneta, Tomasa Lakvēra, Sandera Gilmana un Alana Korbēna darbi.

This research focuses on the analysis of the invention of modern body as it can be shown through the description of the modifications that have occurred in the process of formation of the modern discourses of sexuality, hygiene and medicine and the two-sex model, showing the social necessity of this process occurring. On the grounds of the previously described contexture of discourses this inquiry demonstrates changes that have occurred since late 18.century through the modification of the disposition of body in the modern world, showing the alterations that are thus implied concerning body and the public sphere and taking a close-up examination of the human body as seen through different areas of modern public life, thus drawing attention to the history of body as a currently useful field of investigation, due to it being explanatory to the development of different social processes nowadays. This study is mainly based upon the works of Richard Sennett, Thomas W. Laqueur, Sanders L. Gilman and Alain Corbin.
