Pievēršoties autora un spēles attiecībām kino estētikas kontekstā, es kino skatu kā spēli, kur kino procesa nepieciešamās sastāvdaļas veido spēles noteikumus, bet filmas autors ir spēlētājs. Šai nolūkā es aplūkoju dažādus spēles lietojuma jēdzienus, lai rastu to vienojošo aspektu, kā arī apskatu autorteorijas specifiku kinematogrāfā. Iegūtās atziņas es skatu kino estētikas attīstības kontekstā, balstoties uz būtiskākajiem kino vēstures piemēriem. Focusing on the relationship between the author and the play in the context of film aesthetics I view the film as a play where the components needed for the film are making the play rules, however the author of the film is the actual player. For this reason I look at many different concepts of the use of the play to find a unifying complexion, in addition I look at author theory specifics in aesthetics of film. Also I look at the knowledge, which I have obtained in the context of film aesthetics development basing it on essential examples from the film history.
