Cilvēktiesību ētiskie aspekti

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir „Cilvēktiesību ētiskie aspekti”. Darbs sastāv no anotācijas latviešu un angļu valodā, ievada, 8 (astoņām) nodaļām, 5 (piecām) apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem, izmantoto avotu un literatūras saraksta. Darba apjoms ir 57 (piecdesmit septiņas) lapas. Darba procesā izmantots 61 (sešdesmit viens) speciālās literatūras avots un interneta resursi. Bakalaura darba izstrādes procesā izmantoju vēsturisko un hermeneitisko pētniecības metodi. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir aplūkot un analizēt cilvēktiesību ētiskos aspektus no filozofijas viedokļa, norādot gan uz to vēsturisko izcelsmi gadsimtu gaitā dažādās domātāju koncepcijās, gan arī paralēli pārskatot starptautiskos dokumentus un normatīvos aktus, kuri veido pamata pīlārus mūsdienu cilvēktiesību filozofijai. Darba procesā uzmanība tiek fokusēta uz cilvēka cieņas un goda filozofisko konceptu cilvēktiesību filozofijā, akcentu liekot uz Imanuela Kanta izpratni šai jautājumā, kā arī norādītas būtiskākās problēmas, kas saistās ar minēto tiesību interpretāciju un piemērošanu atšķirīgās kultūrās un sabiedrībās, cilvēktiesību dehumanizācijas risku pastāvēšanu un mūsdienu filozofu interpretācijām un risinājumiem par to veiksmīgu praktizēšanu nākotnē. Latvijas Republikā pētījumi par mūsdienu cilvēktiesību filozofiju un ētiku ir relatīvi maz, tādēļ pārsvarā par šo globālo jautājumu tiek izmantoti Rietumeiropas, Amerikas Savienoto Valstu un dažu Austrumu valstu pētnieku darbi un koncepcijas. Bakalaura darba noslēgumā izdarīti secinājumi par pastāvošajām problēmām.

Bachelor thesis topic is "Ethical Aspects of Human Rights". The work consists of an introduction, 8 (eight) chapters, 5 (five) sub - chapters, conclusions, sources and bibliography. The amount of work is 57 (fifty seven) pages. In working process used for 61 (sixty one) literature sources and Internet resources. Bachelor's working process using historical and hermeneutical research method. Bachelor's job aim is to look and analyze the ethical aspects from philosophical point of view, showing both historical origins over the centuries, various thinkers approach and parallel to analyze of international documents and regulations, which form the main pillars of the modern human rights philosophy. Work is focused on human dignity and the philosophical concept of human rights philosophy, emphasizing the understanding of Immanuel Kant in this matter, and gives the key issues relating to the legal interpretation and application of different culture and society, human existence and the risk of dehumanisation of modern philosophers interpretations and solutions for their successful existence and practice of the future. Studies of modern human rights philosophy and ethics in Latvia are relatively few, so in this concept most of these global issues are used in Western Europe, the United States and some East country philosophers.
