Okupētās Latvijas tēls trimdas avīzē „Laiks” (20.gs. 50.gadi)

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs veltīts Latvijas tēla izpētei 20. gs. 1950. gados vienā no trimdas latviešu ievērojamākajiem un lasītākajiem laikrakstiem „Laiks”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt, kādu Latvijas tēlu saviem lasītājiem šajā laika posmā avīze izveidoja. Galvenie secinājumi liecina, ka laikraksts, ņemto vērā pieejamās informācijas daudzumu, par notikumiem Latvijā ziņoja regulāri un izveidoja vēsturiskajai realitātei visnotaļ atbilstošu okupētās Latvijas tēlu, lai gan laikrakstam piemīt tendence lietas vispārināt, turklāt daudzi notikumi tiek attēloti ļoti subjektīvi un aprakstīti emocionāli.

The Bachelor diploma paper is devoted to do a research about image of Latvia in 20 century in 1950s in one of the most popular newspapers „Laiks” for exile Latvians. The aim of the paper is to study some Image of Latvia what the newspaper reported for their readers. The main conclusion gives some proof that the newspaper taking in account available amount of information about events in Latvia reported regularly and made suitable image of occupied Latvia, although the newspaper used to have a tendency to generalize the information, in addition lot of events are reflected subjectively and described emotionally.
