Modes tendenču attīstība Latvijā 1920.-1930.gados latviešu preses atspoguļojumā

Abstract

Darbā tiek pētīta modes tendenču attīstība Latvijā 20.gs. 20-tajos un 30-tajos gados, latviešu preses atspoguļojumā. Modes tendences šeit iekļauj – tērpa pielietojumu, radīto tēlu, galvenos materiālus, krāsas, aksesuārus, kā arī tērpa rotājumus un kopējo radīto tēlu. Pētījuma galvenais mērķis ir pētīt modes tendenču attīstību caur periodiskajā presē pieejamajiem modes tērpu attēliem. Periodiskā prese ir vērtējama kā ārkārtīgi interesants sava laika liecinieks, kas uzskatāmi atspoguļo gan modes tendenču attīstību, gan politisko un sociālo izmaiņu atstāto iespaidu uz modes attīstību un raksturu.

The bachelor thesis explores fashion trend development, described in Latvian press in 1920’s and 1930’s. In this work fashion tendencies represent – usage of the outfit, created image, main materials, colors, accessories, decoration for the outfit, and overall appearance. The main aim of the research is to investigate fashion tendencies through images available in periodical press. Periodical press can be assessed as an very interesting witness of its time, which demonstrates the development of fashion tendencies and the effect on the development of fashion and its character caused by political and social changes.
