Nozīmes nenoteiktība vēlīnā Ludviga Vitgenšteina un Žaka Deridā filozofijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs apskata 20. gs. filozofu – Ludviga Vitgenšteina un Žaka Deridā valodas filozofiju. Mērķis ir izklāstīt abu domātāju idejas jautājumā par vārda nozīmi un veikt salīdzinājumu, uzsverot kopīgo abos izklāstos. Gan Vitgenšteins, gan Deridā kritizē ideālas nozīmes iespējamību, un savu valodas filozofiju balsta uz nozīmes nenoteiktību. Daudz uzmanības abi filozofi pievērš iepriekšējās filozofijas kritikai un idejai par to, ka nav nepieciešamas stingras nozīmes robežas, lai saziņa būtu iespējama. Darbā tiek atsevišķi apskatītas katra filozofa idejas attiecībā uz valodu, un beigās šie skatījumi tiek salīdzināti, izceļot kopīgo filozofiskajos mērķos.

This research work focuses on the question of meaning in the philosophy of Jacques Derrida and the later works of Ludwig Wittgenstein. The objective is to give a summary of the ideas on meaning in the philosophy of Derrida and late Wittgenstein, as well as to make a comparison between the two, stressing the shared objectives of both philosophers. Wittgenstein and Derrida criticize the idea of a possible absolute meaning, and strongly emphasize the ambiguity of this phenomenon. They reject some earlier views on the topic, and the idea that meaning needs stict boundaries for communication to be possible. The work contains an overview of the philosophy of language developed by Wittgenstein and Derrida, as well as a comparison between the two, which draws attention to the goals both philosophers share.
