Kostjuško sacelšanās ietekme uz Latvijas teritoriju.

Abstract

Bakalaura darba, „Kostjuško sacelšanās ietekme uz Latvijas teritoriju”, mērķis bija pētīt un analizēt 1794. gadā notikušās Kostjuško sacelšanās norisi mūsdienu Latvijas teritorijā un ietekmi uz sabiedriski politiskajiem procesiem Kurzemes hercogistē. Poļu nemiernieki sacelšanās laikā nonāca gan Kurzemes hercogistē, gan Polockas guberņas sastāvā esošās Latgales teritorijā. Ņemot vērā pieejamo avotu bāzi, detalizētāk analizēta nemieru ietekme uz Kurzemes hercogisti. Poļu nemiernieku uzbrukums Kurzemes hercogistei būtiski ietekmēja vietējos iedzīvotājus, izraisot zemnieku nemierus muižās un radot ievērojamus materiālus zaudējumus. Cīņu pret nemierniekiem Kurzemē uzņēmās Krievijas impērijas amatpersonas un Krievijas armija. Vienlaicīgi tā tika izmantota, lai īstenotu Krievijas impērijas politiskos mērķus un nostiprinātu savu ietekmi Kurzemes hercogistē.

The aim of the bachelor paper “The Impact of Kosciuszko Uprising on the Territory of Latvia” was to research and analyse the process of Kosciuszko Uprising in the present-day territory of Latvia and the influence on socio-political processes in the Duchy Courland in 1794. During the Uprising, Polish rebels came both to the Duchy of Courland and the territory of Latgale that was a part of Polock province. Taking into consideration the accessible sources, the impact of the uprising on the Duchy of Courland is analysed in detail. The attack of Polish rebels on the Duchy of Courland influenced local people essentially. It caused rebellion in manor houses and material loss as well. Officials of Russian Empire and Russian army undertook the fight against rebels in Courland. The fight was also like pretence to put into practice the political aims of Russian Empire and to enlarge the influence in the Duchy of Courland.
