Abstract

Darba „Galvenās tendences mūziklu libreta žanru attīstībā latviešu teātrī (2000 - 2010)” pirmā nodaļa ir veltīta libreta jēdziena izpētei, tostarp tā vēsturiskajai attīstībai, sākot ar operas muzikālā žanra izveidošanos. Otrā nodaļa sniedz ieskatu latviešu muzikālo izrāžu tradīcijā. Nākamās nodaļas veltītas galveno tendenču analīzei latviešu teātra mūziklu libretos, kas tapuši no 2000. – 2010. gadam. Izvēlētie libreti ir analizēti, grupējot pēc tematiskā principa.

The first chapter of the paper „The Main Tendencies in the Genre Development of the Musical Libretto in Latvian Theatre (2000-2010)” is devoted to the research of the notion of libretto including its historical development, from the beginning of the development of opera genre. The second chapter gives an insight into performance tradition of Latvian musical. The next chapters are devoted to the analysis of the main tendencies of musical libretto in Latvian theatre created between 2000 and 2010. Selected librettos are analysed according to thematic classification.
