Abstract

Bakalaura tēma ir "Ķīniešu ēdienu specifika". Bakalaura darbs ir veltīts ar mērķi noskaidrot un uzzināt, kādas ir ķīniešu virtuves specifiskās iezīmes. Tā kā ķīniešu kultūrā ēdieni ir viena no svarīgākajām tēmām, kurai tiek pievērsta īpaša uzmanība gan sadzīvē, gan svētkos, gan veidojot biznesa un diplomātiskos kontaktus, tad arī šī tēma palīdz labāk izprast ķīniešu sabiedrības būtību, nekā nekā citi kultūras aspekti. Ķīniešu virtuve ir unikāla ar neparastu izejvielu pagatavošanas veidu, vēsturi un tradīcijām. Ķīņieši atbalsta veselīgu dzīvesveidu , jo edinā ir ilgā mūža noslēpums.Viņi tic, ka veselīgam jābūt netikai garam, bet arī ķermenim. Ķīnā ēdienu pagatavošanas process jau gadu simteņiem tiek uzskatīts par mākslu, nevis amatu. Visā pasaulē ķīniešu uzņēmēji visspilgtāk izceļas ar saviem restorāniem, Ķīniešu ēdieni ir ļoti labi pazīstami Eiropā un kļūst arvien populārāki arī Latvijā. Darbā tiek noskaidrots,kas veido ķīniešu kulinārijas pamatus un kādas manieres tiek uzskatītas par pieņemamām galda kultūrā, kā arī tiek iepazistināts ar galda etiķetes normām. Ēdiens Ķīnā vienmēr aizņem vienu no vissvarīgākājiem lomiem un spēleja lielu lomu kultūras attīstības gaitā . Tēma ir aktuāla, un pievierš uzmanību ķīniešu ēdiena specifiskām iezīmēm, paradot Ķīnas virtuves daudzveidīgumu caur reģionāliem īpatnībam ,lai saprastu mūsdienu ķīniešu ēdienu specifiku, tās reģionālās īpatnības. Darba mērķis ir iepazīties ar ķīniešu ēdienu īpašībām, analizējot tās atšķirības un iemeslus, kāpēc rādās šīs atšķirības ( klimata dēļ, medicīnas dēļ, sanitāro apsvērumu dēļ). Bakalaurā darbā ir 57 lapaspuses, 3 daļas un 9 nodaļas un 2 apakšnodaļas. Pielikumā ir 32 attēli.

The Bachelor paper subject is „Chinese food specificity”. The Bachelor paper is devoted to clarify and find out what are the specific features of Chinese cuisine. Since in the Chinese culture food is one of the most important topics, for which is given a particular attention in both everyday life and festivities, and by creating business and diplomatic contacts, then this theme helps to understand the nature of Chinese society better than other cultural aspects. Chinese cuisine is unique with the unusual method of cooking raw materials, its history and traditions. Chinese support a healthy lifestyle, because food is a secret of long life .They believe that not only the spirit has to be healthy but also the body. In China the cooking process has for centuries been considered as an art rather than a post. Chinese entrepreneurs around the world are most distinguished by their restaurants, Chinese food is very well known in Europe and is becoming increasingly popular in Latvia too. In this Bachelor paper it is clarified, what are the Chinese culinary basics and what manners are considered to be acceptable for table culture, and introduces the table etiquette rules. Food in China always takes one of the most important places and played a major role during its cultural development. The topic is up to date, and brings attention to specific features of Chinese food, showing the diversity of Chinese cuisine through regional factors to understand the nature of contemporary Chinese food, its regional characteristics. The objective is to get acquainted with Chinese food characteristics by analyzing the differences and the reasons of these differences (due to climate, due to medical reasons, sanitary health reasons).
