Ķīnas Tautas Republikas iekšējo migrējošo strādnieku darba un sadzīves apstākļi 21.gs.

Abstract

Pasaule piedzīvo vislielāko cilvēku migrāciju vēsturē, kas notiek tieši Ķīnas Tautas Republikā, tam par iemeslu ir zemā attīstība lauku rajonos un lētā darbaspēka lielais pieprasījums austrumu piekrastes daļā. Migrantu skaits ik gadu pieaug un arvien aktuālāks paliek jautājums, ko iesākt ar migrantiem pilsētās. Bakalaura darba „Ķīnas Tautas Republikas iekšējo migrējošo strādnieku darba un sadzīves apstākļi 21. gs.” mērķis ir atspoguļot Ķīnas teritorijā notiekošo iekšējo migrāciju, tās tendences un iemeslus, kā arī migrantu darba un sadzīves apstākļus. Darbā tiek pētītas arī politiskās izmaiņas un reformas gan saistītas ar hukou sistēmu, gan politiskā uzstādījuma maiņām. Tiek pētīti iemesli kāpēc sākusies šāda migrācija un tās attīstība, un paredzēta virzības attīstībai nākotnē. Tiek pētītas arī attiecības starp migrantiem un līdzcilvēkiem, gan ģimeni, gan apkārtējo sabiedrību.

One of the biggest migrations that our world has ever seen is happening right now in People’s Republic of China. This migration is caused due to the need of development in rural areas and the high demand for cheap labor in the big cities of eastern coast. Every year the amount of migrants are increasing making the question, what to do with them, much more severe. The purpose of this bachelor thesis “Internal Migrant Working and Living Conditions in PRC in the 21st Century” reflects to the topic along with the tendencies & reasons of it, as well as living and working conditions. In this work the political changes and their reforms have been researched as well as the reforms on the Hukou System have been explored. A research has been done to understand why this kind of immigration has begun and to study its pros and cons and possible future developments. Also the relationship between the migrant workers, their families back home and the existing society in which they have arrived.
