Žestu nozīme itāļu valodā

Abstract

Darba mērķis ir izprast žestu nozīmīgumu itāļu kultūrā, atšķirības salīdzinājumā ar citu tautu žestiem un to iespējamās priekšrocības, kas var atvieglot itāļu valodas apguvi. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 7 nodaļām un 10 apakšnodaļām, kas sevī ietver teorētisko daļu, žestu skaidrojošo vārdnīcu, aptauju, tās aprakstu un analīzi. Aptaujā ietverts interaktīvs uzdevums: video, kas sastāv no 16 plaši izplatītiem itāļu žestiem, pēc kura noskatīšanās studentiem tika lūgts atbildēt, cik daudzus no tiem viņi atpazīst. Secinājumi ir sekojoši: divas trešdaļas aptaujāto studentu atzīst, ka žesti, viņuprāt, palīdz valodas apguvē, pie tam vairāk kā 80% spēj pietiekami precīzi noteikt populārāko itāļu žestu nozīmi.

The aim of this thesis is to understand the importance of gestures in Italian culture, their differences compared to other cultures and potential benefits that can facilitate the acquisition of the Italian language. The bachelor thesis consists of 7 chapters and 10 subchapters, which include a theoretical part, a dictionary of gestures, a questionnaire, its description and analysis. The questionnaire contains an interactive task: video which is composed of 16 widespread Italian gestures, after watching it students were asked to answer how many gestures they can recognize. The observation is following: two-thirds of the respondents admit that gestures, in their opinion, help in language acquisition, besides more than 80% are able to determine the meanings of the most popular Italian gestures with sufficient precision.
