Uz uzdevumienm orientēta angļu valodas mācību procesa principi Latvijas vidusskolās

Abstract

Šī diplomdarba tēma ir „Uz uzdevumiem orientēta angļu valodas mācību procesa principi Latvijas vidusskolās”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt uz uzdevumiem orientēta angļu valodas mācību procesa principus un idejas un noteikt, kāpēc šie principi var būt svarīgi efektīvā mācību procesā Latvijas vidusskolās. Pētījuma un datu vākšanas metodes iekļauj bibliogrāfisko avotu analīzi par doto tēmu, gadījuma izpēti un metožu triangulāciju. Pētījuma rezultātā autore konstatē, ka efektīvam valodas mācīšanas procesam ir nepieciešams izmantot dažādu angļu valodas metožu kompleksu, iekļaujot uz uzdevumiem orientētu angļu valodas mācību procesu. Darba beigās autore secina, ka iespējas pielietot uz uzdevumiem orientēta angļu valodas mācību procesa principus ne tikai pastāv, bet var pamatoti pieņemt, ka skolotāji šīs iespējas diezgan aktīvi izmanto.

The theme of the present paper is “Principles of Task-based English Language Teaching and Learning in Secondary Schools in Latvia.” The purpose of the present paper is to examine principles and ideas of task-based language teaching (TBLT) and to determine why these principles may be important for effective English language teaching (ELT) and learning in secondary schools in Latvia. The present research is based on study and analysis of scientific literature on the topic, case study and methods triangulation. With the help of the research the author identified that a complex of ELT methods, including TBLT, should be applied in order to achieve effective language teaching and, consequently, language learning. At the end of the paper the author concludes that not only possibilities to use principles of TBLT do exist, but it can be also justifiably assumed that these possibilities are rather actively used by the teachers.
