Abstract

Dosberga M. Māsas profesijas attīstība Dobeles un apkārtnes slimnīcā laika posmā no 1960. līdz 2006. gadam. Bakalaura darbs. Rīga: Latvijas Universitāte – 47 lpp., 1 attēls, 10 pielikumi, bibliogrāfijā 39 nosaukumi latviešu un angļu valodās. Darba zinātniskais vadītājs Dr. med., profesors Arnis Vīksna. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt pieejamos datus par medicīnas māsas profesijas attīstību Dobeles un apkārtnes slimnīcā. Pētījuma bāze ir Dobeles un apkārtnes slimnīca, kurā strādāju 26 gadus, laika posmā no 1960. līdz 2006.gadam. Lai sasniegtu pētniecības darba mērķi, tika izvirzīti šādi uzdevumi: 1.māsas teorijas vēsturiskā attīstība pasaulē un Latvijā; 2.māsu teorētiķu pieredze; 3.aprūpes jēdziena izpratne; 4.māsai izvirzītās prasības mūsdienās; 5.datu vākšana un apkopošana par māsu darbu Dobeles slimnīcā laika posmā 1960. - 2006. gadi; 6.intervija ar bijušo Dobeles slimnīcas vecāko māsu Ellu Ludi; autores personīgā pieredze māsas specialitātē; 7. priekšlikumi māsu darba apstākļu un kvalitātes uzlabošanai. Pētījuma objekts ir māsas profesija. Pētījuma priekšmets ir māsai izvirzīto prasību risinājums Dobeles un apkārtnes slimnīcā. Pētījuma metode – vēsturisks pētījums. Iegūtie rezultāti: 1. Dobeles un apkārtnes slimnīcā 2006. gada 31. decembrī strādāja 77 māsas. 2. Māsu darbu apgrūtina pārslodze un zemais atalgojums. 3. Dobeles un apkārtnes slimnīcā strādājošās māsas noveco. Pēdējo 5 gadu laikā Dobeles un apkārtnes slimnīcā darbu jaunas māsas nav uzsākušas. Labklājības ministrijai steidzīgi jārisina jautājums par jaunu māsu piesaistīšanu darbam slimnīcās. 4. Dobeles un apkārtnes slimnīcas māsas godprātīgi veic darba pienākumus un turpina tālāk izglītoties, iegūstot jaunas zināšanas medicīnā, psiholoģijā un pedagoģijā.

ANNOTATION

Dosberga M. Development of the nurse occupation in the Dobele Town and Locality Hospital in the period from 1960 to 2006. Bachelor’s Degree. Riga: Latvia University - 47 page, 1 picture, 10 annexes, 39 sources of literature in Latvian and English. The scientific leader of the research - Dr. Med., Professor Arnis Vīksna. The objective of the research work is to study the available data about development of the nurse occupation in the Dobele Town and Locality Hospital. The place of research is the Dobele Town and Locality Hospital where I have been working for 26 years in the period from 1960 to 2006. To attain the target of the research work, the following assignments were set: 1.the historical development of the nurse profession worldwide and in Latvia; 2.experience of nurses - theorizers; 3.conception of the notion – health care; 4.contemporary requirements set to the nurse; 5.data collection and summarizing work of nurses in the Hospital of Dobele in the period from 1960 to 2006; 6.an interview with the former head nurse Ella Lude of the Hospital of Dobele; the author’s personal experience; 7.proposals to raise labor conditions and quality of nurses.

The object of the research is the occupation of a nurse. The subject of the research is solving requirements set to nurses at the Dobele Town and Locality Hospital. The method of research - a historical research. The obtained results: 1.on 31 December 2006, 77 nurses were employed at the Dobele Town and Locality Hospital; 2.work of nurses is burdened by excess workload and the low payment; 3.the nurses employed at the Dobele Town and Locality Hospital start to get old. During the last five years young nurses haven’t been employed at the Dobele Town and Locality Hospital. The Ministry of Welfare has to immediately solve the issue of attracting young nurses to work in hospitals; 4.nurses of the Dobele Town and Locality Hospital honestly fulfill their obligations at work and further continue to study obtaining new knowledge in medicine, psychology and pedagogy.
