Invazīvo gram negatīvo baktēriju jutība pret antibakteriālajiem līdzekļiem

Abstract

Darba mērķis bija analizēt un apkopot datus par gram negatīvo baktēriju rezistences izmaiņām Latvijas daudzprofilu klīnikā. Darbā tika aprakstīti biežāk izdalītie Enterobacteriaceae dzimtas pārstāvji, kā arī antibakteriālie līdzekļi un biežākie rezistences mehānismi pret tiem. Pētījuma dati, tika apkopoti no iepriekš divu gadu laikā veiktā darba bakterioloģijas laboratorijā. 2012.g. ir izdalīti vairāk mikroorganismi nekā 2011.g. Abos gados 3% no izdalītajiem celmiem ir rezistenti arī pret karbapenēmiem. 2012.g. 72% no celmiem ir rezistenti pret ampicilīnu. Rezumējot datus, nevar viennozīmīgi teikt, ka pieaug celmu skaits, kas ir rezistenti pret visiem antibakteriālajiem līdzekļiem, tomēr līdz pat 25% no visiem izolātiem ir rezistenti pret vairumu no testētajiem antibakteriālajiem līdzekļiem, kas rada draudus sabiedrības veselībai. The main objective of the research was the analysis of the changes of gram negative bacteria susceptibility in the multi-profile hospital of Latvia. The theoretical part of the Thesis mainly discusses the representatives of the family Enterobacteriaceae isolates, as well as antibiotics and frequent mechanisms of resistance to them. The study data were collected previously from author’s two year work carried out in the bacteriology laboratory. In both years, 3% of the isolated strains were resistant to carbapenems. In 2012 72% of the isolated strains were resistant to ampicillin. To sum up all of the data it cannot be said definitely, that the number of strains resistant to all tested antibiotics increases, however, up to 25% of all isolates are resistant to most of the tested antibiotics poses a threat to public health.
