Sieviešu un vīriešu priekšvārdi Somijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba „ Sieviešu un vīriešu priekšvārdi Somijā ” mērķis ir sniegt pēc iespējas plašāku informāciju latviešu valodā par mūsdienu kalendārā sastopamiem priekšvārdiem Somijā, to nozīmi, vēsturisko attīstību, populārākajiem vārdiem pēdējās trīs desmitgadēs. Bakalaura darba autore pēc saviem ieskatiem izvēlētos priekšvārdus ir izpētījusi no etimoloģijas, vēstures un psiholoģijas aspekta. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 70 lappusēm, 5 pielikumiem, kas sastāda 14 lappuses. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek stāstīts par priekšvārda vispārīgo attīstību, vārdu attīstību Somijā, priekšvārdu maģisko spēku, to izvēles kritērijiem, priekšvārdu likumu Somijā. Praktiskajā daļā autore ir apzinājusi 206 priekšvārdus, kas ir sastopami mūsdienu somu kalendārā. Katrs vārds pētījumā ir atveidots no somu valodas latviešu valodā pēc latviešu valodas atveides principiem (gan starptautiskas, gan somu cilmes vārdi), ir skaidrotas to nozīmes, izcelšanās un uzrādīts katra vārda ieraksts kalendārā. Papildus autore darbā ir iekļāvusi 235 vissenākos priekšvārdus, kuri līdz mūsdienām ir saglabājušies vēstures arhīvos, atstājot tos oriģinālā, zviedriskā rakstībā, lai netiktu skarta to vēsturiskā liecība. Bakalaura darba noslēguma daļā ir atspoguļoti pēdējās trīs desmitgadēs populārāko priekšvārdu statistikas dati, kuri ir sakārtoti tabulās. Šis pētījums liecina, ka priekšvārdi, kas sastopami Somijā, ir vistiešākais somu vēstures, nācijas gara, tradīciju atspoguļojums. Vārds iekļauj sevī ne tikai skaņu virknējumu, bet arī spēku, ar kā palīdzību var ārstēt, ietekmēt un valdīt pār cilvēku, viņa likteni. Bakalaura darbā iekļautā informācija par Somijā sastopamiem priekšvārdiem var būt noderīga Somijā dzīvojošiem latviešiem, jaunajām ģimenēm, kā arī cilvēkiem, kuri vēlas vairāk izzināt somu kultūru, somisko domāšanu, pasaules uztveri.

The aim of the bachelor paper ”Female and male first names in Finland” is to give the information in Latvian about the first names in Finland – about their historical development, meaning, origin, the most popular first names during the last three decades. The authoress of the paper has chosen and researched the first names from the aspect of psychology, etymology and history. The research consists of 70 pages and 5 supplements, which consist of 14 pages. The theoretical part contains the information about the development of the first names generally, the development of the first names in Finland, their selection criteria, the first names’ law in Finland. The practical part includes 206 first names from the modern finnish calendar. The authoress has rendered the first names from Finnish into Latvian (both names of international also Finnish origin) according to Latvian grammar rules, explain their meaning, origin, she also gives the information about the first names' concrete founding in Finnish calendar. The authoress has included 235 the most ancient first names in addition, which have remained till nowadays in historical archives, maintaining them into original – Swedish writing, in order to keep the evidence of the history. The authoress reflects the statistical data of the most common first names during the last three decades at the end of the research. The research shows that the first names, which are found in Finnish calendar are the most direct reflection of Finnish history, spirit, traditions. The name is not only the sound, but it is a power that can heal or ruin the person's life. Therefore the authoress considers that the bachelor paper’s containing information is worthwhile for the citizens of Latvia who live in Finland, especially for the young families with children, also for them, who are interested in Finland, Finnish, Finnish culture.
