Bakalaura darbā tiek apskatītas starpkulturālās atšķirības un problēmas lietišķajā komunikācijā. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, analizējot lietišķās komunikācijas problēmsituācijas, rast priekšnoteikumus sekmīgai starpkulturālajai sadarbībai starp uzņēmējiem.
Bakalaura darbs ietver informāciju ne tikai par problēmām verbālajā komunikācijā, bet arī par iespējamiem pārpratumiem neverbālajā komunikācijā, t.i., žestos un mīmikā. Bakalaura darbā tiek aprakstīta globalizācijas problēma un tās ietekme un priekšrocības ar ārzemju uzņēmējiem. Darbā tiek apskatītas arī problēmas, kuras rodas, nepārzinot kādas attiecīgas valsts kultūras standartus.
Pētot dažādus konfliktsituāciju piemērus un analizējot intervijā sniegtās vācu uzņēmēja atbildes, tika izstrādāti kritēriji, pēc kuriem vadoties sadarbība ar vācu uzņēmējiem varētu būt pēc iespējas sekmīgāka. Discussed in the Bachelor Paper are intercultural differences and problems in business communication. On the basis of analyzing the problem situations in the business communication the aim of the Bachelor Paper is to find prerequisites for successful intercultural collaboration between business persons.
The Bachelor Paper includes the information not only about the problems in the verbal communication but also about the possible misunderstandings in the nonverbal communication, i.e. in the gestures and mimicry. Described in the Bachelor Paper is the problem of globalization, its effect and prerogatives affecting the foreign business persons. Also discussed are the problems, which appear from the lack of the knowledge about the cultural standards in corresponding country.
Researching different examples of conflict situations and analyzing the answers of the interviewed German businessperson the criteria was elaborated on which basis the collaboration with German executives could proceed more successfully.
