Darba tēma ir „Naratīvie elementi kiberpanka literatūrā”.
Naratīvie elementi veido stāstu. Dažādiem žanriem ir raksturīgi atšķirīgi elementi. Līdz ar to, saskaroties ar noteiktu naratīvo elementu – darbības vidi, tēlu vai sižetu, kas attīstās ap kādu tēmu, – varam identificēt arī žanru.
Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kopējos kiberpanka literatūrai raksturīgos naratīvos elementus. Lai īstenotu šo mērķi, tiek analizēti un salīdzināti divi kibepanka žanrā tapuši darbi – Viljama Gibsona „Neiromants” un Vadima Panova „Maskavas Klubs”.
Analīzes un salīdzinājuma gaitā tiek noskaidroti galvenie kiberpanka literatūras naratīvie elementi. To paveicot, tiek definēts arī kiberpanka žanrs. Kiberpanka literatūras centrā ir tehnoloģija, tehnoloģija ir tās dominējošais elements. Kiberpanka literatūrā sižets, darbības vide un tēli ir atkarīgi no tehnoloģijas.

Every story is composed of certain narrative elements. Different genres feature different narrative elements. In respect, when faced with specific narrative elements, be that a setting, a character or a plot revolving around a particular theme, we are able to identify the literary genre.
The purpose of this paper was to establish the common narrative elements of cyberpunk fiction. The method used to achieve the goal was analysis and comparison of two works of cyberpunk genre. “Neuromancer” by Willian Gibson and “Moscow Club” by Vadim Panov.
With the help of the analyses and comparison main cyberpunk fiction narrative elements have been established. With establishment of cyberpunk fiction narrative elements the author established cyberpunk literary genre.
The key finding was that technology is the core concept in cyberpunk fiction. The plot, the settings, the characters, all are dependable on it.
