Dialoģisms Džeroma Deivida Selindžera stāstos

Abstract

Šī bakalaura darba tēma ir „Dialoģisms Džeroma Deivida Selindžera stāstos”. Mihails Bakhtins savās esejās „Dostojevska Poētikas Problēmas” un „Dialoģiskā Iztēle” ir izstrādājis teoriju par valodas filozofiju, jo īpaši par dialoģiskās komunikācijas nozīmi. Dž. D. Selindžers savos darbos „Devini Stāsti” un „Frenija un Zūiji” izmanto Bakhtina uzskatu par dialoģismu, jo Selindžera stāsti ir pilnīgi dialoģiski. Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot kā Selindžers izmanto dialoģismu savos darbos, kā arī kā dialoģiskā saskarsme tiek izmantota, lai atklātu varoņu iekšējo pasauli. Pētījuma rezultāti atklāja, ka Džeroms Deivids Selindžers izmanto dialoģismu savos darbos, lai parādītu komunikācijas sarežģītību un varoņu garīgo pasauli.

The topic of the present bachelor thesis is ‘Dialogism in Salinger’s Short Stories.’ Mikhail Bakhtin in his essays Problems of Dostoevsky’s Poetics and Dialogic Imagination has developed the theory about language philosophy and the importance of dialogic communication in particular. J. D. Salinger’s Nine Stories and Franny and Zooey are entirely dialogic so they can be analysed and interpreted with the framework of Bakhtin’s notion of dialogism. The goal of the paper was to analyse and interpret dialogism in Salinger’s short stories and to reveal how dialogic communication is used to show the inner world of characters. The results of the study revealed that Jerome David Salinger uses dialogism in his works in order to show the complexity of human communication and his characters’ inner world.
