Ekotonu kvalitatīvā un kvantitatīvā struktūra un tās ietekme uz galvenajiem medījamiem zīdītājdzīvniekiem

Abstract

Šobrīd aktuāli kļūst dažādi konflikti, kurus izraisa savvaļas dzīvnieku nodarītie postījumi lauksaimniecībām un mežsaimniecībām. Ekotonu struktūrai var izrādīties būtiska ietekme uz medījamo dzīvnieku populāciju lielumu un tā regulēšanu. Šī darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai ekotonu kvalitatīvā un/vai kvantitatīvā struktūra ietekmē galvenos medījamos zīdītājdzīvniekus. Pētījuma kvadrātos dominēja galvenokārt tie ekotonu veidi (kvalitāte) un garumi (kvantitāte), kuri saistīti ar dažādām antropogēni ietekmētām ainavām. Vairumam zemes lietojuma veidu (izņemot mežus), ainavā pieaugot aizņemtajai platībai, palielinās arī to ekotonu daudzums. Lielāks antropogēnas izcelsmes ekotonu daudzums ainavā kopumā samazina pārnadžu un plēsēju medību sekmes, pārnadžu savstarpējo konkurenci un to nodarītos postījumus mežsaimniecības un lauksaimniecības kultūrām

Today current becomes different conflicts, caused by wildlife damage to agriculture and forestry. Ecotone structure could be a significant impact on game animal population size determination and regulation. The aim of this work is to establish whether qualitative and/or quantitative structure of ecotones affects the main game mammals. In the research plots mainly dominated those ecotone types (quality) and lenghts (quantity) that associated with different anthropogenic impact in landscape. For the most of the land use types in landscape (except forests), when increases it occupied area, also increases their ecotone border lenght or quantity. The larger amount of anthropogenic originating ecotones in landscape, reduce ungulate and predator hunting success, competition between ungulates and ungulate damages to forestry and agricultural crops
