Feimankas upes hidromorfoloģisks vērtējums

Abstract

Maģistra darbā „Feimankas upes hidromorfoloģiskais vērtējums” pirmo reizi tika veikts Feimankas upes vides stāvokļa novērtējums pēc hidromorfoloģiskajiem rādītājiem, lietojot Lielbritānijā izstrādāto Upes hidromorfoloģiskā vērtējuma metodi (RHS). Pēc ūdensaugu sastāva noteikts upes barības vielu, piesārņojuma un straumes raksturs, izvērtēts zemes lietojuma veids un tā ietekme uz ūdens kvalitātes izmaiņām. Pētījuma rezultātu analīze liecina, ka kopumā Feimankas upes vides stāvoklis pēc hidromorfoloģiskajiem rādītājiem vērtējams kā labs. Lielākā daļa apsekoto posmu ir neskarti vai ar daļēji mainītu vidi krasta zonā. Kaut arī upes baseina lielāko daļu aizņem lauksaimniecībā izmantojamās zemes, nav vērojama izteikta ūdens kvalitātes pasliktināšanās, kas saistīta ar mežu kā buferzonu izvietojumu gar upes teci. Veiktais pētījums ļauj novērtēt Feimankas upes kvalitāti, ņemot vērā upes vides stāvokļa raksturu, bet pētījumu gaitā tika novērots, ka ir nepieciešama šīs metodes aprobācija Latvijas apstākļiem, īpaši cilvēku darbības ietekmētajos upju posmos. In master work „The hydromorphological characteristics of the River Feimanka” for the first time was carried out River Feimanka environmental assessment by hydromorphological indicators developed in Great Britain using River Habitat Survey method (RHS). By the aquatic complex there were established nutrients of the river, pollution and the nature of currents, reviewed land use and its impact on water quality changes. Analysis of study results show that the river Feimankas environmental condition after hydromorphological characteristics judged as good. Most of the surveyed stages have remained unaffected or partially affected the coastal zone habitat. Although the most of the River sub-basin occupies arable land, there has been deterioration in water quality, related to forests as a buffer zone along the river location. This study allow to assess the quality of the river Feimanka, taking into account the environmental status of river character, the nature of the river, but by the studies were observed that these methods require the approbation of Latvian conditions; especially in human activities affected river stages.
