Valodu studijas starptautiski atzītai karjerai

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tiek analizēta valodu nozīme starptautiskā vidē. Tā kā starpvalstu komunikāciju loma un dažādu kontaktu veidošana kļūst aizvien aktuālākas tēmas, un cilvēku skaits, kas izvēlas doties strādāt uz ārzemēm pieaug, šī bakalaura darba tēma ir īpaši aktuāla cilvēkiem, kas nesen pabeiguši augstākā līmeņa studijas. Bakalaura darba praktiskā daļa sniedz aptaujas anketu iegūto rezultātu analīzi. Anketas tika izdalītas LatvijasUniversitātes pēdējo kursu studentiem, kā arī personām, kas to ir pabeigušas. Informācija tika apkopota un izdarīti atbilstoši secinājumi. Metode, kas izmantota bakalaura darbā, lai pierādītu hipotēzi, ir anketēšanas rezultātu analīze, ietverot informāciju par starptautisku karjeru un valodu nozīmi tajā. Pēc darba praktiskās un teorētiskās daļas analizēšanas, darba autors tā beigās ir izdarījis secinājumus, kas apstiprina darba sākumā izvirzīto hipotēzi, ka, ja starptautiskās karjeras jēdziens ir atbilstoši izprasts un darbības, kas saistītas ar mērķa valodu, izpētītas, var tikt veiktas, analizētas, izvērtētas un īstenotas attiecīgas aktivitātes.

The bachelor’s paper analyses the role of the languages in an international environment. As the role of an international communication and contact making is becoming more topical and the number of people working abroad is increasing, the theme of the bachelor’s paper is topical especially to the audience just graduated the university. The practical part of the paper provides the analysis of the questionnaires distributed among the last year students of the University of Latvia and the people who have already graduated form it, afterwards the questionnaires were made and relevant conclusions were drawn. The method used in the bachelor’s paper, which proves the hypothesis, is the analysis of the results of the questionnaires, concerning an international career and the role of languages to it. After analyzing the practical part and drawing conclusions from the theoretical part of the paper, the author at the end of it has made the conclusions that the hypothesis of the bachelor’s paper, if an international career has been relevantly understood, explored and all the details thoroughly comprehended, the right activities for developing the target language skills can be undertaken, analyzed, assessed and implemented, has been proved.
