Abstract

Dārta Ābele „Elementāra stāstījuma forma modernajā pasaulē. Pasakas loma masu mediju laikmeta literārajā socializācijā”: bakalaura darbs, darba vadītāja Dr. philol., asoc. prof. Ineta Balode. Bakalaura darba tēma ir pasaka kā elementāra stāstījuma forma, kas bērniem kalpo kā paraugs patstāvīgai stāstījumu veidošanai. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt pasakas funkcijas mediju piesātinātajā pasaulē un tās nozīmi bērna socializācijas procesā, kā arī konstatēt problēmas, kuras rada mediju ietekme un ar kurām tiek konfrontēts modernais bērns. Vai bērni orientējas pasaku pasaulē un, vai viņi spēj pastāstīt vai atstāstīt kādu pasaku. Un ja spēj, vai bērnu stāstījumos saskatāmas Vladimira Propa izstrādātās „funkcijas”? Nemazāk svarīgi ir izzināt mediju ietekmi – kā atšķiras to bērnu stāstījumi, kurim tiek lasīts priekšā, no tiem, kuri pasaku motīvus iepazīst skatoties multfilmas? Uz visiem šiem jautājumiem atbildes tiek rastas intervijās ar piecgadīgiem līdz septiņgadīgiem bērniem. Darbā izmantotās metodes ir intervijās ierakstīto bērnu stāstījumu analīze un interpretācija, kuras pamatā ir Vladimira Propa izstrādātās stāsta norises „funkcijas”. Veiktais pētījums liecina par to, ka modernie mediji ietekmē bērna uztveri, bet neskatoties uz to bērns pārņem pasakās esošo naratīvo struktūru un ir spējīgs veidot loģisku stāstījumu, kas saskan ar Propa iztrādātajām funkcijām un to secību. Darbs sastāv no ievada, sešām nodaļām, kuras ietver veikto interviju apkopojumu, 12 apakšnodaļām un kopsavilkuma. Darbam pievienots arī pielikums, kurš ietver veikto interviju jautājumu veidlapas, rezultātu diagrammas un bērnu stāstīto pasaku transkripciju. Darba izstrādei izmantoti 24 dažādi literatūras avoti. Darba apjoms ir 46 lappuses.

Dārta Ābele „Simple narrative form in modern times. The role of the fairy tale in socialization in the age of mass media”: bachelor thesis. Scientific adviser Ineta Balode, Dr. Phil., assoc. prof. The topic of the bachelor thesis is the fairy tale as a simple narrative form which serves for children as a model for independent construction of narrative texts. The aim of the thesis is to study the functions of the fairy tale in the modern world which contains many forms of media, the role of the fairy tale in the socialization process of a child and also the problems which a child encounters when exposed to the modern media. Are children able to organize the world of fairy tales, are they able to tell a fairy tale? If they are, can the „functions” developed by Vladimir Propp be distinguished in children’s narratives? It is also important to study the effect of media – how do the narratives of children who came to learn of fairy tales by having them read to them differ from those who learned of fairy tales through television? The answers to these questions are found by interviewing 5 to 7 year old children. The methods of research are the analysis and interpretation of the data gained by recording the interviews with children. The basis for the interpretation and analysis are the „functions” of narration developed by Vladimir Propp. The results of the research indicate that the modern media affect the perception of a child. However, the child is able to absorb the narrative structure of the fairy tale and reproduce a logical narrative. This finding corresponds to the functions and their respective order as developed by Propp. The thesis consists of an introduction, six chapters which contain the summary of the interviews, 12 sub-chapters and a summary. The thesis also contains an appendix containing interview forms, diagramms of the results and transcriptions of fairy tales told by children. 24 bibliography sources were used to make the research and write the paper. The paper contains 59 pages.
