Salīdzinājumi Cicerona runās

Abstract

Bakalaura darba „Salīdzinājumi Cicerona runās” mērķis ir aplūkot trīs Cicerona runas, izpētīt tajās salīdzinājumus un noskaidrot to funkcionalitāti tekstā. Izvirzītā mērķa sasniegšanai tiek noteikti vairāki uzdevumi: iepazīties ar trīs Cicerona tiesas runām: „Pirmā runa pret Katilīnu” (Oratio in Catilinam Prima), „Otrā runa pret Katilīnu” (Oratio in Catilinam Secunda), „Pirmā runa pret Verru” (In Verrem oratio actio prima); iepazīties ar tēmai atbilstošu zinātnisko literatūru (ar konkrēto runu saistītiem antīkās un mūsdienu literatūras avotiem); atlasīt un iztulkot tās runu epizodes, kurās ir vērojami salīdzinājumi; analizēt salīdzinājumu funkcionējumu Cicerona runu tekstā. Rezultātā tika iegūts secinājums, ka Cicerona „Pirmajā runā pret Katilīnu” salīdzinājumi bija spilgtāki un daudz vairāk, to pielietojums tekstā bija saistošāks. Bachelor's work "Comparisons in three Cicero's speeches" aim is to look at the three Cicero's speeches, and to realize those comparisons and to clarify their functionality in the text. To achieve this goal, there are certainly a number of tasks: to explore three Cicero speeches at the court: „The First Oration Against Catiline” (Oratio in Catilinam Prima), „The Second Oration Against Catiline” (Oratio in CatilinamSecunda), „The First Oration Against Verres” (In Verrem oratio actio prima); to discover and use the appropriate additional literature (ancient and modern literature); to select and provide an appropriate literal translation of the speech episodes, where can be observed comparisons; to analyze function of comparisons in Cicero’s speeches. The result was the conclusion that Cicero's comparisons at the first speech against Catiline" were brighter and their application in text was referred to as binding.
