Svešvalodu mācīšana indigo bērniem

Abstract

Ar terminu „indigo bērns” tiek apzīmēti talantīgie un hiperaktīvie mūsdienu bērni. Pastāv viedoklis, ka tradicionālā izglītības sistēma būtu jāpieskaņo indigo bērniem, lai veiksmīgi attīstītu viņu potenciālu. Pētījuma mērķis ir popularizēt indigo jēdzienu un pievērst uzmanību izglītības jautājumiem. Izmantotās pētījuma metodes ir literatūras analīze un svešvalodu skolotāju aptauja. Rezultāti apstiprina, ka jaunie bērni pieprasa uzmanību, godīgumu un visaptverošas zināšanas, kas atbilst viņu mācīšanās veidam un apmierina viņu zinātkāri. Valdorfa pieeja apmierina šīs prasības gan vispārīgā nozīmē, gan konkrēti svešvalodu mācīšanā. Galvenais secinājums ir, ka sniegtās rekomendācijas indigo bērnu mācīšanā ir ieteicamas ikvienam cilvēkam – veselīgas cilvēces attīstībai.

The term ‘indigo child’ denotes the talented and hyperactive modern children. An opinion exists that the traditional educational system should be adjusted to indigo children to foster their potential. The purpose of the research is to popularize the indigo concept and attract attention to the educational issues. The research methods used comprise the analysis of relevant literature, and a survey of foreign language teachers. The results verify that the new children demand attention, integrity and comprehensive knowledge addressing their learning style and satisfying their inquisitiveness. Waldorf approach meets the requirements both in general and in foreign language teaching. The main conclusion is that recommendations for teaching indigo children are advisable to every person – for the sake of healthy evolution of the humanity.
