Zolitūdes apkaimes telpiskās attīstības problēmas un perspektīva

Abstract

Darbā tiek pētīta vienas no Rīgas apkaimēm - Zolitūdes apkaimes telpiskā attīstība. Galvenie akcenti likti uz dzīvojamo masīvu telpisko attīstību padomju periodā attiecībā pret plānoto un apkaimes attīstību 21. gs. sākumā. Darbā uzsvērta padomju laika pilsētplānošanas telpiskās struktūras analīze. Analīze attiecībā starp plānoto un realizēto telpisko struktūru ļauj izprast apkaimes telpiskās attīstības problēmu cēloņus un izvirzīt to risinājumus. Darba laikā tika konstatētas būtiskas atšķirības starp plānoto un realizēto apbūvi, it sevišķi sabiedrisko pakalpojumu infrastruktūras sfērā, kā arī publiskās ārtelpas nepilnības. Analizējot arī 21. gs. sākumā notikušos telpiskās attīstības procesus, kas papildinājuši apkaimes telpisko struktūru, tika izvirzīta nākotnē nepieciešamākie uzdevumi. Spatial development problems and perspective of Zolitūdes neighbourhood The point of this research is the spatial development of one of Riga’s vicinities – Zolitude. The main accents point to the spatial development of the housing estate in the period of the Soviet Union regarding the planned evolution and the evolution of the vicinity in the beginning of the 21st century. The spatial structure of city mapping of the Soviet Union’s time is accented. The analysis of the planned spatial development and the fulfilled spatial development allows to fully understand the problem of spatial development, its causes and allows to bring forward their solutions. In the course of this work some major differences between the planned and the fulfiled housing, were noticed, especially in the infrastructure of public services and imperfections in the public outdoors. Also analyzing the processes of spatial development, which complemented the spatial structure of vicinity and took place in the beginning of the 21st century, some of the essential tasks for the future were put forward.
