Makiaveliskie raksturi V. Šekspīra traģēdijās

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Makiavelles raksturi Šekspira daiļradē” saistīts ar ļaunuma problēmu un Makiavelles raksturiem – ļaundariem, kam piemīt līdera īpašības. Pētnieciskais darbs pamatots uz Nikola Makiavelles grāmatu „Princis” un Bernarda Spivoka grāmatu „Šekspirs un ļaunuma alegorija”

Bakalaura darba pirmā daļa saistīta ar Makievallisma terminu un to saistību ar Šekspira daiļradi. Darba pamats ir Makiavelles raksturu analīze Šekspira traģēdijās. Pēdējā nodaļā autors iesniedz salīdzināšanas analīzi vīriešu un sieviešu raksturiem Makiavelles tipa. Pētnieciskais darbs parāda, ka cilvēki kam ir Makiavelles raksturi dzīvoja sabiedrībā nav atkarīgi no laikmeta. Makiavelles raksturs varētu būt jebkuram cilvēkam neatkarīgi no dzimtes, sabiedrības statusa un labklājības.

Ar Makiavelles grāmatu „Princis” parādījās termins Makiavelism.

The BA Paper “Machiavellian Characters of W.Shakespeare’s Plays” deals with the problem of evil in the tragedies of W.Shakespeare and the characters of Machivellian type, i.e. the villain characters possessing with the leadership qualities. The research is based on the Niccolo Machiavelli treatise “The Prince” and the other book “Shakespeare and the Allegory of Evil” by Bernard Spivack.

The first parts of the paper deals with the definition of the term Machiavellianism and its connection with W.Shakespeare’s plays. The basic part of the work introduces the analysis of Machiavellian characters from the tragedies of W.Shakespeare. In the final chapters the author presents the comparative analysis of feminine and masculine Machiavellian characters.

The research has shown that people possessing the Machiavellian character has always lived in the society, not depending on time. The Machiavellian character could have any person, not depending on gender, status in society, prosperity… If earlier nobody could use the appropriate term to such a character, then with the appearance of the book “The prince” by N.Machiavelli it was called Machiavellian.
