Īpašvārdu atveide "Dorling Kindersley" sērijas ceļvežos

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „Īpašvārdu atveide „Dorling Kindersley” sērijas ceļvežos”. Darbs sastāv no četrām daļām: ievada, iztirzājuma, secinājumiem un tēzēm. Teorētisko Diplomdarba daļu veido viena iztirzājuma nodaļa. Otrā un trešā nodaļa veido Diplomdarba praktisko daļu, kurā teorētiskās zināšanas tika pielietotas praksē, analizējot „Dorling Kindersley” sērijas ceļvežus „Budapest” un „Budapešta”. Izvēlētie ceļveži tika analizēti, pievēršot uzmanību īpašvārdiem – personvārdiem, vietu nosaukumiem, ģeogrāfiskajiem nosaukumiem.

The theme of the Diploma paper is “The Transference of Proper Nouns in “Dorling Kindersley” Travel Guides”. The Diploma Paper consists of four parts: Introduction, Body, Conclusions, and Theses. The Body consists of three chapters, one chapter of which forms the theoretical background, and in the second and third chapter the theory has been applied in practice when analysing “Dorling Kindersley” travel guides “Budapest” and “Budapešta”. Travel guides, which have been chosen for the analysis, have been compared in the Diploma paper focusing on the issue of proper nouns – persons’ names, geographic names, names of objects.
