Metonīmijas sarunvalodā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā „Metonīmijas sarunvalodā” uzmanība pievērsta izteikumiem ar metonīmiskas nozīmes pārnesumiem sarunvalodā un tekstos ar sarunvalodas elementiem. Darba mērķis ir konstatēt galvenos metonīmiju tipus un funkcijas latviešu sarunvalodā un raksturot metonīmiju kā sarunvalodas īpatnību. Lai īstenotu mērķi, ir veikti tādi uzdevumi kā apskatīta teorētiskā literatūra par metonīmiju un tās klasifikācijas iespējām; metonīmiskas nozīmes pārnesumi sarunvalodā un tekstos ar sarunvalodas elementiem ir analizēti un grupēti pēc noteiktām pazīmēm. Sešās nodaļās apskatīti vispārīgi jautājumi, kas saistās ar metonīmijas vietu daudznozīmības sistēmā, kā arī metonīmijas attieksmes ar metaforu; sniegts vispārīgs metonīmijas jēdziena, struktūras un funkciju raksturojums. Metonīmijas ir klasificētas pēc nozīmes pārnesumu sakaru tipiem, kā īpašs metonīmijas veids apskatīta sinekdoha.

Bachelor paper „Metonymy in Colloquial Speech” deals with phrases that have the transfer of metonymy in colloquial speech and in texts with the elements of colloquial speech. The goal of the paper is to discover the main types and functions of metonymy in Latvian colloquial speech and to describe it as a feature of the colloquial speech. In order to reach the goal, the following objectives were established: the research of critical literature on metonymy and its classifications, the transfer of metonymy in colloquial speech and in texts with the elements of colloquial speech has been analyzed and grouped according to their features. Six chapters describe the general issues which concern metonymy in the system of polysemy, the relation of metonymy to metaphor, structure and function of metonymy. Metonymy is classified according to the meaning of transfers’ connection types. Synecdoche is examined as a special form of metonymy.
