Šajā darbā tiek aplūkots veiksmīgas darba intervijas neverbālais aspekts. Darbā tiek petīta intervējamā neverbālās komunikācijas nozīme un ietekme uz intervijas rezultātu. Šī pētījuma mērķis ir izanalizēt kuras intervējamā pozas, rokasspiedieni, smaids un skatiens varētu ietekmēt intervijas pozitīvu iznākumu; Pētījuma metode ir gadījuma izpēte. Datu vākšanas instrumenti ir darba interviju video ierakstu un pieredzējušu intervētāju aizpildīto aptauju analīze. Iegūtie rezultāti liecina, ka darba intervijai vispiemērotākā ir atsaucīgā poza un vienlīdzīgs rokasspiediens; un tiem intervējamiem, kas uztur patstāvīgu acu kontaktu ar intervētāju un smaida intervijas laikā ir liekāka iespēja tikt pieņemtiem darbā.

The importance and influence of interviewees’ nonverbal behaviour on the results of the interview is examined. The purpose of the research is to investigate which postures and handshakes performed by the interviewee could have an impact on a positive outcome of the interview. The research method is case study. The data collection tools are analysis of the video recordings of job interviews and the questionnaire filled in by experienced interviewers. The results prove that the responsive posture and vice-like handshake may influence the interview in a more positive way and those interviewees who maintain a frequent eye contact with the interviewer and smile during the interview have a greater opportunity to succeed and get hired.
