Interkulturālā lietišķā korespondence latviešu-vācu sarakstē

Abstract

Tā kā vēstuļu sarakste ir viens no komunikācijas veidiem, tā ir aktuāla arī mūsdienās. Lai šī komunikācija būtu veiksmīga, ir jāievēro dažādi nosacījumi, jo lietišķā sarakste, kurā novērojamas kļūdas, var izraisīt pārpratumus starp sūtītāju un saņēmēju. Bakalaura darba „Interkulturālā lietišķā korespondence latviešu – vācu sarakstē” galvenais mērķis ir vācu – latviešu lietišķās sarakstes izpēte un izvērtēšana. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izvirzīts uzdevums analizēt kļūdas vēstulēs no dažādiem aspektiem. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no divām daļām – teorētiskās un praktiskās. Teorētiskā daļa sastāv no divām daļām. Pirmajā daļā tiek aprakstīts ārējais noformējums vācu - latviešu vēstulēm. Otrajā daļā tiek aprakstīti nosacījumi saturiski pareizām vēstulēm. Kā arī tiek salīdzinātas atšķirības starp vācu un latviešu korespondenci. Prakstiskajā daļā autore veic analīzi vācu – latviešu lietišķājā sarakstē. Analizējot šīs vēstules, tiek ņemti vērā teorētiskajā daļā izmantotie paņēmieni. Darbā autore piedāvā ieteikumus un uzlabojumus, ko vajadzētu ievērot, lai interkulturālā lietišķā sarakste būtu veiksmīga. Pielikumā tika pievienotas 6 lietišķās vēstules, kuras tika izanalizētas.

The main aim of the bachelor work "intercultural business correspondence within german-latvian letters“ is the investigation and analysis of german-latvian and latvian-german business correspondence concerning conditions which are necessary for a successful intercultural business correspondence. This bachelor work consists of two parts - one theoretical and one empirical part. In the theoretical part follows an analysis of sources of errors, which can effect missunderstandings and problems in comprehension. The theoretical part become to present the business correspondence rules, instructions and methods, how to write correctly letters and also the formal construction as well as designs of a business letter are presenting. The theoretical part drafted Latvian and German general conditions, to show and hold tight existing differences between the two countries. The empirical study analyzes a number of german-latvian and latvian-german business letters. The business correspondence is examined with regard to the error sources represented in the theoretical part. In the summary are presented improvement suggestions which could minimize intercultural communication problems. The bachelor work consists of 3 chapters and is completed by an addition of 6 analyzed letters.
