Fosforskābes satura noteikšana Cola dzērienos

Abstract

Darbā potenciometriski un fotometriski tika noteikta fosforskābes masas koncentrācija dažādos Cola dzērienos. Iegūtie rezultāti salīdzināti un izvērtēti ar pieļaujamo fosforskābes daudzumu atspirdzinošajos dzērienos.

Potentiometric and photometric determination of the mass concentration of phosphoric acid in different Cola drinks. The acquired results have been compared and eveluated with the permissible quantity of the phosphoric acid in refreshing drinks.
