Izvēlētu farmaceitiski aktīvo vielu protonēšanās konstanšu noteikšana

Abstract

Darba teorētiskajā daļā apskatīta literatūra par farmaceitiski aktīvajām vielām, pKa noteikšanas metodēm un Yasuda-Shedlovsky ekstrapolācijas metodes iespējām. Praktiskajā daļā veikta atipamezola, etacizīna un fenkarola potenciometriska titrēšana dažāda sastāva ūdens-etanola maisījumos, un veikta titrēšanas līkņu matemātiskā apstrāde. Novērtēta ogļskābās gāzes ietekme uz potenciometriskās titrēšanas rezultātiem. Ar ekstrapolācijas metodi noteiktas pētāmo savienojumu protonēšanās konstantes.

The literature survey of bachelor thesis includes pharmaceutical active substances, methods of determination of pKa and Yasuda-Shedlovsky extrapolation method. In this thesis potentiometric titration of atipamezole, ethacizine and phencarol in various water-ethanol mixtures was carried out, and the mathematical treatment of the titration curves has been done. Carbon dioxide impact on the potentiometric titration was determined. Protonation constants of pharmaceutical compounds were defined using extrapolation method.
