Asaru Perca fluviatilis mazuļu barošanās īpatnības Kuršu lagūnā

Abstract

Šī darba mērķis bija noskaidrot Kuršu lagūnas ekosistēmas komponenšu – asaru 0+ mazuļu un zooplanktona saistību barības ķēdē. Informatīvais segums gūts pirmajā nodaļā „Literatūras apskats”, apkopojot informāciju par asaru un zooplanktona saistību barības ķēdē saldūdens un jūras ekosistēmās, tai skaitā Kuršu lagūnā. Datu apstrādē izmantotos ihtiofaunas un zooplanktona paraugus ievāca Viļņas Universitātes ekoloģijas institūta darbinieki Lietuvas teritoriālajos ūdeņos Kuršu lagūnas centrālajā daļā pie Ventes raga laika posmā no 2008. gada 12. jūnija līdz 26. augustam. Tie tika ievākti un apstrādāti atbilstoši literatūrā rekomendētām metodēm (HELCOM 2007), kuru principi aprakstīti otrajā nodaļā “Materiāli un metodes”. Trešajā nodaļā “Rezultāti” un ceturtajā nodaļā ”Diskusija” analizēti Kuršu lagūnas asaru mazuļu un zooplanktona vasaras sezonas dati trofisko attiecību aspektā. Pēc iegūtajiem rezultātiem rezumēti galvenie secinājumi par zooplanktona un ihtiofaunas saistību barības ķēdē, kas atspoguļo zooplanktona, kā barības bāzes pieejamības, nozīmīgumu asaru 0+ mazuļu attīstībā.

The objective of this study was to clarify the relationship of marine ecosystem components – perch 0+ juveniles and zooplankton in a food web. The information background is compiled as the first chapter „Literature review” including knowledge on perch and zooplankton mutual relationship in the Curonian Lagoon.

The material used for ichtiofauna and zooplankton data analysis was sampled by the staff of Institute of Ecology of Vilnius University during June-August, 2008. The samples were analyzed according to methods recommended in literature (HELCOM 2007) and methodological principles are described in the second chapter „Materials and methods”.

The third chapter „Results” and fourth chapter „Discussion” contains an attempt to analyse sesonal perch juveniles and zooplankton data series in the aspect of trophic relationship in the Curonian Lagoon. In accordance with the obtained results main conclusions were drawn reflecting the considerable importance of zooplankton availability for the development of perch 0+ juveniles.
