Rīgas zaļo teritoriju attīstības analīze pilsētas plānošanas dokumentos

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā skarti Rīgas pilsētas plānošanas jautājumi attiecībā uz iedzīvotāju vajadzībām zaļo teritoriju aspektā. Darbā novērtēta pilsētas plānošānas dokumentos paredzētā Rīgas zaļo teritoriju attīstība saistībā ar Rīgas iedzīvotāju vajadzībām. Pētījums balstās uz zinātniskajā literatūrā un plānošanas dokumentos atrodamo informāciju un Rīgas iedzīvotāju aptaujas rezultātā iegūto informāciju. Pamatojoties uz veiktā pētījuma rezultātiem, konstatēts, ka Rīgas zaļo teritoriju nepietiekamās platības vai tās zemās kvalitātes dēļ vērojama Rīgas iedzīvotāju neapmierinātība ar tām. Analizējot attīstības plānošanas dokumentus, secināts, ka Rīgas zaļo teritoriju spējas pildīt attiecīgas iedzīvotāju vajadzības ir bijušas vājas, taču plānos noteiktā pilsētas attīstība samazinās šīs zaļo teritoriju spējas. This research is applied to the Riga city planning problem concerning its residents needs in aspect of green territories. The target is to assess the current development of Riga city planning documents concerning its resident needs in aspect of green territories. The study is based on information, found in scientific literature and planning documents of Riga city and on information, which is received from residents of Riga city with help of inquiry. The results of the research show, that because of lack of green space or because of the low quality of different green territory types, residents of Riga are dissatisfied with them. After analysing accordant planning documents, there are made several conclusions which portend, that green territories of Riga city have officiated proper needs of residents relatively faintly, but determined planning of city development will reduce this ability to gratify resident needs for green territories.
