| dc.description.abstract | Šajā maģistra darbā autore pētījusi naida runas, analizējot attiecības starp latviešiem un krievvalodīgajiem, kā arī igauņiem un krievvalodīgajiem interneta vidē – pētot portālos rus.delfi.lv un rus.delfi.ee publicēto. Izvēlēts salīdzināt divus laika periodus – no 2002. - 2004. gadam ar laika posmu no 2010. – 2012. gadam, koncentrējot uzmanību uz naida runu saasinājuma brīžiem – 16. marta un 9. maija atceres dienu pasākumiem veltītajām slejām. Situācijas pilnvērtīgākai izpratnei autore izveidojusi un aprakstījusi anketas, kā arī veikusi intervijas.
Darba teorētiskajā daļā apskatīta Interneta un sociālo tīklu nozīmīgums mūsdienu cilvēku dzīvē, kā arī tā ietekme uz ziņu izplatību.

| dc.description.abstract | Author of this paper is doing research about hatred speech about Russian minority in Latvia and Estonia, analysing comments (discussions) on articles in portal rus.delfi.lv (ee), comparing two time periods: from 2002. till 2004. with the period from 2010. till 2012, mainly touching the memorial events of March 16th and May 9th. To understand the situation better, author has made and described questionnaires and done interviews with several people.
Before the empirical part of this paper, author shows insight of the background – importance of social network society and Internets importance in nowadays news field.
