Abstract

Neoficiālie vietvārdi jauniešu valodā Kaut arī neoficiālie vietvārdi jauniešu valodā ir ļoti izplatīti, līdz šim Latvijā un Baltijā šādu pētījumu ir ļoti maz. Pētījuma mērķis ir gūt priekšstatu par neoficiālajiem jeb slenga vietvārdiem, to darināšanas tendencēm, rašanās motivāciju, noskaidrojot slenga vietvārdu lietojuma biežumu jauniešu saziņā. Darba uzdevumos ietilpst izstrādāt aptaujas anketu, veikt anketēšanu, apkopot, sistematizēt un analizēt aptaujas datus, salīdzināt iegūtos rezultātus vairākās Latvijas pilsētās. Apkopoto anketēšanas materiālu veido 509 leksēmas (tostarp 306 Rīgas, 121 Valmieras un 82 Bauskas neoficiālo vietvārdu), kas tiek analizētas no vārddarināšanas un to motivācijas viedokļa. Slang Urbanonyms in Youth Speech Although, unofficial urbanonyms in the young people’s speech are very common, the research carried out to date in Latvia and Baltics is very minimal. The goal of this research is to gain an insight in the unofficial or slang urbanonyms, their forming tendencies, the motivation of their emergence by clarifying the frequency of slang urbanonym usage in the communication of young people. The objectives of this research are to develop and carry out a questionnaire, to summarise, systematise and analyse the poll data and compare the poll results gained in different cities of Latvia. The collected questionnaire material consists of 509 lexemes (306 unofficial urbanonyms from Riga, 121 from Valmiera and 82 from Bauska among them) that are being analyzed from the point of view of word-formation and their motivational meaning.
