dc.description.abstract | Bakalura darbā „Norunāto laulību tradīcijas Ķīnā” apskatīti galvenie laulību veidi pirms – komunisma Ķīnā, īpašu uzmanību pievēršot norunātajām laulībām ar patrilokālu dzīvesvietu pēc kāzām.
Darba gaitā apkopoti nozīmīgāko pētnieku darbi, kas sniedza plašu informāciju par norunāto laulību tradīcijām. Norunāto laulību tradīcijas ir ļoti dažādas un atšķirās katrā Ķīnas reģionā, tomēr ir kopīgās iezīmes, piemēram, senču godināšana un laulību noslēgšana, izpildot rituālu, kurā jaunais pāris paklanījās debesīm un zemei, senčiem un viens otram.
Darbā ir 40 lpp. Tas ir sadalīts divās daļās. Pirmajā daļā apskatīta laulību nozīme un mērķi, kā arī galvenie laulību veid. Otrajā laulību daļā tika apskatīti galvenie principi līgavas un līgavaiņa atrašanā, saderināšanās process un rituāli, kāzu rituāli, kāzu finansiālais aspekts (saderināšanās dāvanas, kāzu izmaksas un pūrs), kā arī laulāto dzīve pēc kāzām. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The present bachelor thesis „Arranged Marriage Traditions in China” summarises information on the main types of marriage in the pre-Communist China. This thesis mainly focuses on arranged patrilocal marriage.
Elaboration of the present thesis involves summarising information from theoretical literature sources that have been developed by the most influential authors in this area and provide detailed information on arranged marriage traditions. These traditions are largely diverse and vary from one Chinese region to another.
The bachelor thesis consists of 40 pages. It has two parts. The first part describes meaning and aims of marriage, as well as the main types of marriage. The second part focuses on the man principles in finding the prospective spouse, on the engagement process and rituals thereof, on wedding rituals, financial aspects of marriage and wedding (engagement presents, wedding costs and dowry), as well as on the married life after the wedding. | en_US |
