Islāma sakrālās arhitektūras dekorējumi 7.-13. gs. – reģionālās atšķirības un nozīme islāma kultūrā

Abstract

Šajā darbā tiek apskatīti islāma sakrālās arhitektūras dekorējumi no 7. līdz 13. gadsimtam, salīdzinātas to reģionālās īpatnības, kā arī pētīta dekorējumu nozīme islāma kultūrā. Pētījuma tēma izvēlēta, pamatojoties uz pasaulē joprojām augošo interesi par austrumu kultūru, kas izpaužas mūsdienu arhitektūrā, dizainā u. c. sfērās. Tā kā islāms ģeogrāfiski aptver plašu teritoriju, darba gaitā tika atklātas reģionālās atšķirības mošeju dekorējumos, noskaidrotas atsevišķu teritoriju kopīgās iezīmes, kā arī apzināti tie reģioni, kuru ietekme islāma arhitektūras attīstībā bija nevienmērīga vai īslaicīga. Ņemot vērā to, ka islāma pasaulē nebija atļauts attēlot dzīvas būtnes, jāatzīst, ka dekorējumi bija nozīmīgs mākslas izpausmes veids. Augstu vērtējama dekorējumu ģeometriskā sarežģītība, kaligrāfiskā precizitāte, kā arī radošie risinājumi to sadarbībā ar islāma arhitektūru.

The main topic of this work is to research the development of the decorations of Islamic sacred architecture in 7th – 13th centuries, to study the regional diversity of mosque architecture and to assess the importance of architectural decoration in Islamic culture. Topic was chosen because of the still growing interest in the western culture about the culture of the east which can be seen in tendencies of western architecture and design. Since Islam encompasses geographically wide area during the research there was found regional diversity between some areas, as well as similarities between the others. Taking into the consideration that Qur’an forbids depiction of live beings in the work of an artist, decorations is an important mean of expressing one’s talent. The geometrical sophistication, calligraphy and connection between the decorations and architecture should be highly evaluated.
