Abstract

Bakalaura darba „Pasākuma „ Algotie pagaidu sabiedriskie darbi” loma ilgstošu bezdarbnieku dzīvēs” mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādu lomu pasākums „Algotie pagaidu sabiedriskie darbi” ieņem tā dalībnieku dzīvēs, atspoguļojot viņu attieksmi un izpratni par darbu programmā un raksturojot programmu kopumā. Darba teorētiskā perspektīva balstīta konceptos darbs/ nodarbinātība un bezdarbs. Koncepti skatīti mijiedarbībā ar nabadzības, nabadzības kultūras un nabadzības apļa teoriju. Mērķa sasniegšanai izmantotas piecas kvalitatīvās metodes - daļēji strukturētas padziļinātas intervijas, neformālās sarunas, lauka darba dienasgrāmata, lauka darba piezīmes un līdzdalīgais novērojums, kura pamatā bija strādāšana kopā ar pasākuma dalībniekiem.

The goal of the Bachelor Thesis ‘Project’s „ Algotie pagaidu sabiedriskie darbi” Role in Long Term Unemployed People’s Lives’ is to determine the role of the project ‘Salaried Temporary Community Work’ on the lives of its participants by revealing their attitude and observations about the work in the programme, and giving an overall description of the programme. The theoretical perspective of the research work is based on the concepts labour/ employment and unemployment. The concepts are examined in correlation with theories on poverty, poverty culture, and the cycle of poverty. In order to achieve the goal of the research, five qualitative methods were used: semi-structured in-depth interviews, informal conversations, keeping a field journal, making field research notes, and participatory observation the basis of which was working with participants of the project.
