Austriacismi austriešu pavārgrāmatās

Abstract

Austrijā cilvēki savā sarunvalodā izmanto daudz Austriacismus, kas vācu valodu Austrijā ļauj uzskatīt par vācu valodas varietāti, bet pašu vācu valodu par pluricentrisku Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir „Austriacismi austriešu pavārgrāmatās“. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādi Austriazismi ir sastopami austriešu pavārgrāmatās. Uzdevumi ir apkopot informāciju par tādu jēdzienu kā Austriacisms, par šodienas valodas situāciju Austrijā un analizēt vārdus no austriešu pavārgrāmatas. Pētījuma rezultāts ir tāds, ka visbiežāk šajās pavārgrāmatās sastopamie Austriazismi ir dažādu augu un produktu nosaukumi, piem.: Erdapfel, Ribisel, Marillen, Obers, Fisolen, Kren, Paradeiser, Powidl, Faschiertes, Karfiol.

In Austria people use austriazisms in their everyday language, that German language in Austria is considered variety of German and the German language is a pluricentric language. The Title of the Bachelor Thesis is “Austriazisms on the Basis of Austrian Culinary Books”. The purpose of this paper is to find out which Austriazisms in the austrian culinary books are used. The main tasks are to collect information about the term “Austriazisms”, describe today’s language situation in Austria and analyse words from the austrian culinary books. The result of the research is that the most frequently used Austriazisms in this culinary books are various plants and product names, for Example: Erdapfel, Ribisel, Marillen, Obers, Fisolen, Kren, Paradeiser, Powidl, Faschiertes, Karfiol.
