Lingvistiskās identitātes veidošanās bilingvālā kontekstā

Abstract

Darba tēma ir „Lingvistiskās identitātes attīstīšanās bilingvālā kontekstā”. Tēma ir aktuāla bilingvāliem vecākiem, kuri audzina bērnus. Līdz ar to, šis pētījums palīdzētu bilingvāliem vecākiem iegūt zināšanas kādu valodu labāk pielietot komunikācijā ar saviem bērniem, kas palīdzētu viņiem vieglāk izveidot savu lingvistisko identitāti. Tāpēc šī pētījuma mērķis ir noteikt vecāku lomu un morfoloģiskās kompetences pielietojuma nozīmību agrīnā bērna valodu jaukšanā. Darba autore analizē verbālo mijiedarbību bilingvālā ģimenē. Pētījuma metode ir abu dalībnieku verbālās mijiedarbības novērošana un audio ierakstīšana. Pirmā un otrā darba nodaļa analizē autoru darbus, kas ir saistīti ar lingvistiskās identitātes attīstību, bērnu divvalodību, un morfoloģijas un fonoloģijas lomu lingvistiskās identitātes attīstīšanā. Trešā darba nodaļa analizē apkopotos datus. Darba autore secina, ka dalībniekam 1 ir krievu-latvieša lingvistiskā identitāte, un tā ietekmē dalībnieka 2 dzimtās valodas morfoloģisko un fonoloģisko apguves procesu. The theme of the term paper is ‘Development of Linguistic Identity in Bilingual Context’. This theme is important for bilingual parents, to be informed how to speak with their children, and help them develop their linguistic identity. Furthermore, it is important for caretakers to be cognizant about the consequences of being raised in monolingual or bilingual environment by bilingual caregivers. The goal of this research is to examine the role of parental input and the significance of parental morphological competence in the child’s early language mixing. The author of this paper analyses verbal interaction within a bilingual family. The research methods are a library research: the study of secondary sources and a case study, analysis of primary sources. The first and second chapter analyses the secondary sources on the development of the linguistic identity, children bilingualism, and on the role of morphology and phonology in linguistic identity in Latvian and Russian languages. The third chapter presents the empirical research based on case study, its results and the discussion on the findings. The author of this paper concludes that the linguistic identity of the participant 1 is Russian-Latvian, and it affects the participant’s 2 L1 morphological and phonological acquisition process.
