Rīgas Ziemeļu transporta koridora 1.posma izbūves potenciālā ietekme uz pieguļošajām teritorijām

Abstract

Maģistra darba „Rīgas Ziemeļu transporta koridora 1. posma izbūves potenciālā ietekme uz pieguļošajām teritorijām” mērķis ir izpētīt vērienīgā satiksmes infrastruktūras projekta - Rīgas Ziemeļu transporta koridora (turpmāk tekstā – RZTK) ietekmi uz pieguļošajām teritorijām, kā arī sniegt priekšlikumus RZTK 1.posma veiksmīgākai integrēšanai pilsētvidē, iespējami samazinot tā radītās negatīvās ietekmes. Pētījums sastāv no četrām daļām, kur pirmā daļa tiek veltīta teorētiskiem jautājumiem par liela mēroga satiksmes infrastruktūras (primāri autoceļu infrastruktūras) plānošanu pilsētā. Otrajā daļā tiek apskatīta pētījuma metodoloģija: pētīšanas un analizēšanas metodes. RZTK esošā situācija, projekta novietojums Rīgā un pieguļošās teritorijas analīze tiek apskatīti trešajā nodaļā. Noslēdzošajā nodaļā tiek sniegti priekšlikumi par RZTK pilnīgāku integrēšanu pilsētvidē. The aim of the master thesis “The potential impact on nearby territories by first segment of Riga Northern transport corridor” is to explore potential impact of the Riga Northern transport corridor (Northern Corridor) on nearby territories and offer suggestions for integrating the first segment of the project into city environment and reduce negative impacts. Research is structured in four chapters. In the first chapter author describes and analyzes theoretical aspects of the large scale infrastructure planning in the city environment, similar international projects. Second chapter contains methodological aspects of the research. In the third chapter author analyzes Northern Corridor project, projects location and nearby territories. Last chapter gives suggestions for project`s better integrating in the city environment, that are based on research findings.
