Banku terminoloģija rakstiskajai un mutiskajai tulkošanai

Abstract

Maģistra darbs ar nosaukumu “Banku terminoloģija rakstiskajā un mutiskajā tulkošanā” ticis izstrādāts pēc terminoloģiskās izpētes projekta, kas tika veikts apmēram viena gada laikā ikdienas mutiskās un rakstiskās tulkošanas pienākumu izpildes ietvaros bankā. Darbam noteiktā hipotēze: „Profesionālu tulku un tulkotāju veikta terminoloģiskā izpēte sniedz iespēju nodrošināt augstāku profesionālās veiktspējas līmeni ikdienas darbā” tika pierādīta teorētiskā un praktiskā darba ietvaros, kas tika veikts šī darba izstrādei. Veiktā terminoloģiskās izpētes projekta rezultāts ir banku jomas terminu glosārijs ar aptuveni 350 ierakstiem. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 51 lapas, 5 tabulām, 2 attēliem un 1 pielikuma. Darba izstrādei tika izmantoti 29 literatūras avoti.

The present Master Thesis “Banking terminology for translation and interpreting” has been developed following terminological research which was conducted over a period of approximately one year within daily translation and interpreting responsibilities in the bank. Hypothesis for the thesis was formulates as “Terminological research conducted by professional translators/interpreters provides for an improved efficiency during performance of daily responsibilities.” and this has also been proved through theoretical and practical work conduced for the development of the present thesis. The result of the developed terminological research is a glossary of banking terms with approximately 400 entries. The present thesis consists of 51 page, 5 tables, 2 pictures and 1 Appendix. 29 bibliographical sources have been used through development of the thesis.
