Tikums un netikums romiešu vēsturiskajā prozā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir Tikums un netikums romiešu vēsturiskajā prozā. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot tikuma un netikuma saturisko piepildījumu romiešu vēsturiskajā prozā. Kā galvenais izpētes materiāls ir izmantots Gaja Sallustija Krispa darbs – Katilīnas sazvērestība. Darba sākumā tika izvirzīta hipotēze – Sallustija darbs Katilīnas sazvērestība vērsts uz netikuma atainojumu. Vēsturiskās prozas darbā Katilīnas sazvērestība ļoti skaidri tiek atklāti romiešu tikumi un netikumi. Tika izpētīta arī jēdzienu - „tikums” un „netikums” - izpratne Romā (1.gs.p.m.ē.). The topic of this bachelor paper is Virtue and Vice in Roman Historical Prose. The aim of this paper is to find the fulfilment of virtue and vice in Roman historical prose. The Catiline’s Conspiracy being as the genereal research material. At the beginning of this paper the hypothesis was brought out – The work of Sallust – Catiline’s Conspiracy is pointing out to the depiction of vice. In the Roman hostorical prose work – Catiline’s Conspiracy – vice and virtue are very clearly revealed. The concept of virtue and vice in Rome (1.BC) also was explored. In the process of this paper the answer to the question – whether the hypothesis is affirmed or disapproved – was made. Keywords: vice, virtue, The Roman Republic, Catiline’s Conspiracy
