| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darbā 'Kailums un ķermeniskums nūdistu pludmalē' apskatīta nūdistu pludmales apmeklētāju sociālā kailuma pieredze pludmalē, skatot kailumu kā kontekstuālu parādību.
Kailais ķermenis analizēts reizē gan kā vērtējums objekts saistībā ar skatienu un skatīšanos, ņemot vērā indivīda komforta vai neērtības sajūtu par savu kailo ķermeni dažādās situācijās, gan kā piedzīvojams. Apskatot, kā kailuma pieredzi ietekmē sociālas atšķirības, uzmanība pievērsta kailuma pieredzei dzimtes perspektīvā un tam, kā kultūrā atšķirīgi pozicionēts sieviešu un vīriešu kailums.
Diskusijā ar citiem autoriem nūdistu pludmali skatīta kā telpa, kur pastāv potenciāli alternatīvs skatīšanās režīms un iemiesotās pieredzes veidošanās procesā svarīgs ir ne tikai vizuālais tēls, bet arī afektīvais ķermenis.

| dc.description.abstract | The topic of bachelor's thesis 'Nudity and embodiment on the nude beach' is the experience of social nudity on a nude beach seen as a contextual phenomenon.
The naked body is analyzed both in connection to the gaze, taking into account feelings of relative comfort or discomfort with one's naked body in different situations, and as lived.
The relation of experience of nakedness to social difference is seen through gender perspective and the ways nudity of men and women has been unequally positioned are analyzed.
In discussion with other authors, the nude beach is seen as space for a potential alternative way of looking where nude embodiment is experienced not only through visual image but also the affective body.
