Abstract

Šī darba nosaukums ir Mesoamerikas un Grieķijas mitoloģija. Salīdzinošā analīze. Darbs ir sadalīts trijās daļās, kas ir balstītas uz Grieķijas un Mesoamerikas vēstures un mitoloģiju izpēti, kuras galvenais mērķis ir salīdzināt grieķu, maiju un acteku mitoloģiju un atklāt to atšķirīgās un kopīgās iezīmes. Izpētot Mesoamerikas tautu, īpaši divu galveno kultūru- maiju un acteku- mitoloģiju, to pamatidejas, dievības un leģendas, var novērot pārsteidzošu līdzību ar grieķu, kas ir viena no senākajām un nozīmīgākajām Eiropas kultūrām, mitoloģiju. Darba gaitā izvirzītais mērķis ir ticis sasniegts un pētījuma beigās var apskatīt Grieķijas un Mesoamerikas mitoloģiju individuālos un kopīgos aspektus, kas ir atklāti izpētot teorētisko informāciju par grieķu un Mesoamerikas tautu vēsturi un reliģijām, kā arī praktiskajā daļā salīdzinot un analizējot grieķu un Mesoamerikas tautu (maiju un acteku) mītus.

The title of this research is Mesoamerican and Greek mythology. A comparative analysis. The research is didived into three parts which are based on the investigation of Greek and Mesoamérican history and mythology. The main objective of the research is to compare Greek, Mayan and Aztec mythology and find their individual aspects and common points. Investigating the Mesoamérican mythology, especially the two principal cultures of Mesoamerica Maya and Aztec, their general concepts, gods ang legends, it is possible to observe a surprising similarity with Greek mythology which is one of the most important ancient European cultures. The objective of the research is achieved and at the end of the investigation it is possible to see the individual aspects and common points of Greek and Mesoamerican mythology which are the result of studies of theoretical information about Greek and Mesoamerican history and religions and practical part of comparison and analysis of myths.
