Kohēzijas līdzekļi ISO 9000 standartos

Abstract

Šis bakalaura darbs apraksta gramatiskas kohēzijas līdzekļu lietošanu ISO 9000 standartos. Pētījuma mērķis ir savstarpēji saistītīt teoritisko pamatu par gramatiskas kohēzijas līdzekļiem ar kvalitatīvu un kvantitatīvu analīzi. Pirmajā daļā tiek izklāstīti diskursa un diskursa analīzes jēdzieni, un to nozīme šīm pētījumam. Otrajā daļā tiek aprakstīta kohēzija, kā viena no tekstualitātes standartiem. Trešajā daļā tiek sniegti kvalitatīvas un kvantitatīvas analīzes rezultāti par gramatiskās kohēzijas līdzekļu lietošanu, izmantojot grafikus un tabulas, nodrošinot atbilstošus piemērus. Pētījums ļauj atklāt, ka saikļi un atsauces tiek izmantoti visvairāk ISO 9000 standartos, bet substitūcijas un elipses tika izmantoti ļoti rēti, un tikai atsevišķos gadījumos, lai izvairītos no jebkādas neviennozīmīgas situācijas, ka arī tāpēc ka aizvietošana irraksturīga mutvārdu diskursam. The present Bachelor Thesis discusses the use of grammatical cohesive devices in ISO 9000 Standards. The goal of this research is to correlate the theoretical background about grammatical cohesion with the qualitative and quantitative analysis. The first part outlines the notion of discourse and discourse analysis and its significance for the research. The second part discusses the notion of cohesion, as one of the standards of textuality and its linguistic devices. The third part outlines quantitative and qualitative analysis’ results for the use of grammatical cohesive devices presenting it in graphs, tables and providing the corresponding examples. The research has allowed to conclude that conjunctions, references and ellipsis were used most in ISO 9000 Standards, while substitutions were used very rare and only in particular cases in order to avoid any ambiguities and because substitutions are more common for spoken discourse.
