Laiktelpa Ovidija „Vēstulēs no Ponta”

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Laiktelpa Ovidija Vēstulēs no Ponta”. Darba mērķis ir atklāt un izpētīt laiktelpu un tās veidus Ovidija darbā Vēstules no Ponta. Šajā darbā var gūt priekšstatu gan par trimdu un tās apstākļiem, gan par pašu Romu. Savukārt, aplūkojot to visu laiktelpu kontekstā, nāk klāt arī dzejnieka emocionālie un psiholoģiskie pārdzīvojumi. Teorētiskā daļa tiek balstīta uz zinātnisko un teorētisko literatūru, kurā tiek aplūkots laiktelpas jēdziens, iespējamie laiktelpu veidi un to pētīšanas iespējas. Praktiskajā daļā tiek izšķirtas trīs laiktelpas – svešuma, psiholoģiskā, ceļa – Ovidija darbā Vēstulēs no Ponta, un katra attiecīgi tiek pētīta, izmantojot atlasītus fragmentus no oriģinālteksta. Tiek secināts, ka izšķirtās laiktelpas ir savstarpēji saistītas – tās atspoguļo ne tikai dzīvi trimdā un atmiņas par Romu, bet arī dzejnieka pārdzīvojumus, vēlmes, uzskatus un pārdomas. The topic of this Bachelor’s paper is „Chronotopos in Ovid's Epsitulae ex Ponto”. The aim of this paper is to discover and research chronotope and its types in Ovid’s work Epsitulae ex Ponto. In this work the reader can gain insight in the life of exile, as well as Rome itself, while looking at it from the point of view of chronotope gives knowledge of author’s emotional and psychological experiences. The theoretical part of this paper is based on scientific and theoretical literature, which deals with the notion of chronotope, its possible types and ways of researching it. In the practical part three chronotopes are distinguished – chronotope of foreigness, psychological chronotope and chronotope of the road - in Ovid’s work Epsitulae ex Ponto. Each of the chronotopes have been studied and demonstrated, using fragments from the original work. The conclusions are that the distinguished chronotopes are actually related – they reflect the life in exile, memories of Rome, and also poet’s adventures, wishes, views and contemplations.
